I am particularly aggressive in my work as a Transactional Attorney. Prevention being the better part of the practice of law, I pay extremely detailed attention to drafting Employment Contracts, Independent Contractor Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Liability Agreements, Corporate Policy Brochures, and Employee Benefits Pamphlets.
